Todays Menu Feb/04/2014

BREAKFAST:

1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 cup fresh fixed berries. 

25 Raw almonds

Medium Coffee with coconut milk.

AFTERNOON SNACK:

1 cup baby carrots

20 raw snow peas

LUNCH:  

Large spinach salad containing:

- 2 cups spinach, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup chick peas, 1 can flaked tuna, 1/3 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup raw walnut halves, 

Light lemon juice, olive oil, and tahini dressing. Approximately 1tbs of each. Homemade.

DINNER:

1/2 cup green beans, 1/2 cup kale and broccoli lightly steamed

1/2 Basa Fillet.

3 litres of water.
